This camera was the forerunner of Edixa series by Wirgin Kamera Werke
First produced in 1954 was the second camera to usr the M42x1 mount. It was intended to be a low cost and versatile option to photographers .
Pre-set diaphragm. FPS shutter speeds 1/25-1/500+B. X (1/25) and FP Synch (all speeds)
The most successful Contax S and Contax D option in the various Edixa versions.
